Building new home in central Ohio. Windows will be casement, white inside and out. Down to four choices all have similar glass and NFRC ratings. Marvin Essentials 25,005, Kolbe Forgent 28,967, Pella Impervia 35,233 also got price for Sierra Pacific wood clad H3 31,880. Simonton looked bulky and i dont personally like their look.
which would be best quality if money were taken out of the equation

That Pella # seems very high... I'd compare your quotes and see what accounts for the large difference in price.
Pella U-Factor 0.28, SHGC 0.26, VLT 0.49
Marvin U-Factor 0.29 SHGC 0.29 VLT 0.49
Both have two layers of Low E and both have argon. All products quoted were gone over window by window
Just built my house using Pella Impervia casements and it was much, much less than the number listed. Not an apples-to-apples comp but just seems odd. Best of luck w/ the build.
Actually is an Apple to Apple comparison.

The biggest discrepancies were in the 12’ sliding doors and the 12’ windows above the sliders.
I was saying that my house build compared to your build is not an apples-to-apples comparison in regards to windows (sizing, quantities, combinations, etc..) and their pricing. Generally in my market Pella and Marvin compete more closely in pricing, that's why I was surprised at that Pella #.
I've installed all but the Simonton. We have Kolbes in our own house and they've held up well for 22 years. For work, we almost always use Marvin, but that's in part because of a great local dealer.
I am up by Toledo.
The former distributor of Pella in our area was great. For the builder they went extra to please us. Individuals, pretty much the same.
However, maybe 10-15 yrs ago they were replaced by a regional distr. out of the Motor City.
Poor switch for us in every way. Window orders, parts and service went downnnn.
Never talked to the same person twice. Big difference from the family run, long term employees and all that goes into good business.
Over 30 yrs ago, I went with Marvin Clad casements in our new build. I had a relationship with their distributor that was cordial and knew them from commercial work I had done.
I didn’t like the cladding of the Pellas at that time. All the casement sash seemed to be unisex (up/down left / right) as far as the overlaps of the aluminum.
I did however make some income on changing those out after the sash failed. They don’t lap the aluminum like that anymore.
Installed a lot of Andersen windows and large door units over the years. Good quality and again, a well stocked local distributor. Supplied all the lumberyards in our area. I don’t see them in your list?
