I have a client I have done a total renovation for about 5 years ago. The client has developed a high level of trust in me and asked me If I could do one more project. I told them that this wasn’t an area that I had much expertise in but they insist that I take care of this for them. my skills are more carpentry related. They have be burned by most everyone else they have hired.
So ok here is the question. They have a area in their cellar that is partitioned off that is roughly 15 by 10 feet. They use this area to keep their wine and want to maintain a constant temperature of 62 degrees. The issue is never warming the area but cooling it. In the summer is can go as high as 70. What is the best way of controlling the temperature for a wine cellar?

Simple, but not cheap. Go online and type in climate control wine/ or buy a copy of wine spectator and look at the ads. The sytems are simple to install. They monitor temp and humidity and are either preset or ajustable using a chart. Don't worry about being a carpenter on this one, after all you can always build a pretty box to put it in. Good luck
