What kind of wood finish will protect a wood floor from urine from an older rescue dog who has “issues?” It was a prefinished parquet. Finish is still there but there are lots of tiny cracks between pieces of wood for the dog to fill.

There's only one thing I can think of but it's not a conventional finish. Epoxy bar top finish. I built a bartop out of strip oak once 15 years ago and finished it will the stuff. It ends up leaving a 1/8" clear plastic like finish. Super glossy, hard as a rock. No conventional finish I know will form a perfect film over the joints.
The bar top finish is hard to work (two part) and expensive as I recollect.
Thank you. It sounds logical given that bars get alcohol spilled on them. I will see if we have it locally.
