Does anyone know the deal with sole proprietors holding worker’s comp in Massachusetts?  For years I was told that we didn’t need it, now the word is that we need it, and that our liability insurance level has to match that of the GC we’re working for.  I don’t trust my insurance rep.  Any advice out there?
