I work for a violence prevention non profit ( alteristic.org/trades ) and am developing an online training for the construction trades to address harassment, hazing, bullying on jobsites. A core part of our training is interviews from workers – I find it makes our trainings more credible to hear real experiences. If you work in the construction trades and would be interested in giving me an hour of your time to talk on camera about your experiences (good or bad) in the industry, I would love to hear from you!
