This was my workshop in the BEFORE stage. This is essentially how I found it when I bought my house. There were 15 nasty looking pine trees all around.
It had sunken into the ground over a very long time as the pictures can attest. The bottom foot was basically rotted. When it rained, it would fill up with about 3 to 6 inches of water.
But I knew I could safe it! Besides, the little woman wanted my workshop out of the basement!! 🙂
