what's the underlayment?
Titanium UDL. Similar to Rooftopguard II, but it doesn't shrink. Tear resistant like Tyvek, but remarkably it's not slick. Part of this roof sat there with underlayment for 6 months (thru the winter) while design changes were made. Held up great. This house is on a large lake and the wind blows hard constantly there.
thanks. always looking for new stuff, and this one seems interesting.
Does it trap water vapor, or is it one of the new permeable products like Roofshield from Scotland - http://www.vaproshield.com while still keeping "liquid" water out?
Yeah, it's like tyvek. Vapor passes thru, but liquid is repelled.
