I have been constructing homes and additions on the northeast coastline for some time. I have always wrapped the entire wall sheathing prior to siding with GRACE Ice and Water Shield, wrather than a house Wrap, for added protection from wind driven rain. Lately I am seeing others use the Green ZIP Board, with taped seams, I am looking for the pros and cons.
