ZIP liquid flash vs tape for flashing windows
We’re about to install our windows (Pella Impervias) in our ZIP sheathed walls. I was planning on using ZIP’s liquid flash to flash the rough openings because it seems a lot more affordable than ZIP’s stretch tape and more reliable than cutting a bunch of pieces of the non-stretchy ZIP tape to ensure full coverage around corners.
Does anyone have any experience with both products? Is there any reason I should be cautious about using ZIP liquid flash instead of tape?
