Do an advanced search for "zip roof" and there is lots of info. I use it exclusively and do not see any issues with adding 30# felt.

No cons to using 30# felt, or any other underlayment, as far as I know. We've been using the Zip system for a couple of years now with no problems, but I have a feeling that eventually there are going to be moisture issues.
