I recently had the opportunity to shoot a lovingly restored and remodeled Italianate house in Brunswick, Maine. Built in 1881, it is a fine house with many very nice features, such as this second story screened porch/sunroom just off the master bedroom. Perched atop another open air porch just beneath, it offers a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the summer sun streaming in. The open air porch has a classical look with square fluted columns. Both spaces overlook a robust garden and handsome carriage house. Just right….
