In this episode, Justin Fink does another walkthrough of an unfinished basement, this time looking for ways to tighten up air leaks at the bulkhead door and windows before moving on to adding insulation.

Gee, thanks for telling me I may need to mitigate radon after I've sealed and painted the basement floor.
It's a fair point, Dabbler_Babbler! Although it made sense to group the information by function or use, the order of events is (or at least can be) different depending on your situation. Probably best to watch the whole video series before coming up with a game plan for your own basement. Thanks for watching! - Justin Fink
This is a great series, very helpful. One thing that I didn't see was a door threshold. Are you keeping a small open space below the door? Also looks like you shimmed the frame slightly off of the slab to avoid moisture wicking? Interested in any additional details on your weatherstripping approach. Thanks!
Do you have any plans/instructions for that door? I've been looking for something like this but the details on the video were a little quick for a novice. Thanks in advance.
