Powered by either propane or natural gas, this round stainless steel griddle has inner and outer rings of heating elements, allowing you to control the temperature and size of the cooking surface to match your meal. It’s great for pancakes and eggs, burgers and corn on the cob, or even poached salmon and steamed veggies. You can cook directly on the surface or use pots and pans like a stovetop—or do both at the same time.
The EVO Flattop Grill is available in several built-in, freestanding, and tabletop models with either 30-inch and 25-inch diameter cooking surfaces. A stainless-steel drip pan surrounds the entire grill, and dishwasher-safe spillover trays make cleanup easy. Evo offers a range of accessories, including roasting racks and a trim kit for easy installation.
