Less-Mess Toilet Removal
This quick method of pumping the water out of a toilet before removal ensures less mess during the process.
We use a 12v battery-powered transfer pump to empty the water out of toilet bowls and tanks when they need to be removed. No water in the bowl or tank means less mess carrying it out of the house. We pump the water into a 5-gal. bucket, which only takes a minute with modern toilets.

Nice idea. I carry a small wet/dry vac. Works fairly well, but I think this would work better and take up less room. $10 at everyone's favorite cheapo tool source. They also have a couple that are powered by a drill motor, which would be useful in other situations.
