1968 Bathroom, had shower tile installed over a wallpapered wall. Tile literally fell off of wall during demo. Took entire room down to studs and subfloor, rebuilt shower, installed new floor base and retiled, new fixtures installed, new cabinets / vanity / mirror and wall tile around sink.
