This bathroom started off as a dated tile shower in need of a new face. This was the only bathroom in the house that could handle this type of shower. The bathroom was only 6’x8′. Considering the total project cost was $37k, this bathroom rounds off at a cool $770 per sqft. Is that a new record? The remodel included running (2) 220v electrical lines for the in-line heater and water pump as well as installing a $1,000 24″ wide Marble vanity with solid brass fixtures. All plumbing fixtures are Kohler products which make for an amazingly beautiful finish. After a hard day at work, this is your own spa, without having to sacrafice the shower.
