We bought a disaster of a house, which had been partially renovated, but partially gutted as well. The kitchen was the focus, which had floors 2-inches out of level, sagging beams, and old wiring and plumbing. We restored the room completely,with new oak floors, Thomasville cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.
