The kitchen was being remodeled with the rest of the first floor. Still have crown to do in living and dining rooms.

The "oil rubbed bronze" hardware is actually brass with a 32 year layer of crud.

Soffits had copper and PVC that needed to be rerouted. Got direct vent water heater and trashed the flue and laundry chute.

Moved the window to make room for corner cabinet and swapped another window for patio door.
