This was a bathroom from the ’80’s in my mother’s house. She wanted to remodel it and update it in order to make her house more competitive when she goes to sell it. In this project, I gutted the shower tile, wallboard, bathtub, vanity, flooring, lighting and trim. Because my mother lives about 1200 miles from me and I was short on vacation time I was under the gun to get the project done correctly and in good time. From start to finish this project took 3 days. (After driving 22 hours from Nebraska to Virginia I immediately went to work on gutting the room. On about 4 hours of sleep a night I knocked this job out in record time.) It was done well and looks great (and I got back to NE in time to get back to my real job.)
