Westchester Waterfront Residence
Rear yard one story addition to expand kitchen and create a family room as well as creating an everyday entry that serves as a mudroom, garage entry, and second rear stair as well as connecting the rear cottage to the main house. Terraces were added to the extent of the wetlands setback so as to create outdoor seating and living areas that take advantage of the water views.

Dooras are tall to allow for maximum light and views of water from interior. United kitchen and family Rooms with continuous 40' skylight.
