Camerons Playhouse
This started out a project to use up much old lumber that had been sitting a long time. I decided to make a playhouse for the grandkids. My wife said great, how long will you be? I said oh, about two weeks. She then said lets look at internet pictures to get some ideas. I said great. But as we unfolded my 4 walls and a lid conception, we kept adding to the puzzle. My wife said is there going to be a loft, god bless her heart, it has a loft now! I should say, every two weeks she kept asking, how long now? well finally in about 4 months I finished. the loft, the new ladder for the loft, and loft railing, new windows, fully framed, and of course full electrically wired, with chandelier, and of course that computor and monitor so they can play their movies, its insulated and has heat so they can play on those hard wood floors in the winter also. And the posts outside I made in my shop, also, by turning my two lathes end to end,and turning the designs. That was much fun! We added a doorbell, for the inside, just for giggles. The large bell outside was for all my neighbors, lol. the small octogon window I made also by hand, but time consuming as it was, the look on my grandchilds face was priceless. what kind of pricetag can you put on that?

That is a very nice playhouse. If you don't mind me asking, where did you learn how to build like that?
Thanks for the huge compliment, but I am no carpenter. I did most of the work, on the fly with just a visual concept in my head. I made mistakes, but I re-did them as I went.
