Everyone wants to be a builder. A couple of jobs for a contractor and then a trip to the lumber yard for a saw of my own...I'm in business! Yea it's a shame those guys ruin it for the rest of us.
I've got a good one but I don't see how to upload a pic. Doing renovation on my Mom's house and found that the second story load bearing walls are resting on the first floor brick facade.
