Total Renovation – Maine Rental Cottage

This is the before photo of the cottage or camp that we converted into a rental cottage. The wall sill plates were sitting on the ground and rotting away. It needed a lot of work.

Tripp’s Handyman Service and partners put a lot of work into this project of converting a camp that was about to implode on itself and transforming it into this beautiful Maine rental cottage.

Existing structure was lifted and a full basement foundation was put under it. Jewett Builders Inc in Pittston, ME did the lifting, sill replacement and foundation work, They did an excellent job.
