I worked on this house with the Builder from start to finish. It took us about 3 months to do the finish work. Mostly mahogany a couple rooms were american cherry. All of the copes were done by hand, the two coffered ceilings consisted of over 400 copes alone. The rest of the house had between 5 and 7 peice crown moldings and common areas had raised paneling throughout. The curved wall pictured was one of 5 and consisted of 65 pieces cut, glued, and sanded to fit with a compound miter on each end. The Builder and myself worked on this home everyday for over 2 yrs. I think it is very rare to find a builder that is working on the project everyday weather its excavation, roofing, siding, masonry, and of course finish work.
