This was an 18-month renovation of a historic home in West Chester, PA. Built in 1845 and in serious disrepair, the entire home was gutted for new electric, mechanicals, plumbing, etc. Not a single square foot of the home was left untouched (either remodeled, restored, or refinished). Here are some of the trim details throughout. For more information and photos from the renovation, you can visit www.pinestreetcarpenters.com and click on the project spotlight in the residential section.
