We completed this basement addition by excvating the crawl space beneath the existing home and adding a new foundation. The addition added over 1300 square feet to the house and provided the client with a new living room, extra bedroom and bathroom, exercise room, and much needed storage. We upgraded the home’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and added an integrated AV system throughout the house that is controlled using your iPod or iPad. The project also includes a custom built shower, vanity and built in entertainment center/library. To see more about this project visit: www.harperandcompanyhomes.com
