This is a new house that I built for my brother with our construction company, there were very basic building plans ( basically a box) and the rest we did from mental pictures i had. theres over 92 sheets of mdf in the house and and it was 5’x12′ sheets. Even the cove mouldings inside the wainscotting we made with a router and jig for a skill saw. it saved over $700 if we were to purchase the cove.
