Original kitchen was galley style 10 x 10. Removed load bearing wall, kitchen floor joists LVL installed, 2nd floor (above kitchen) floor joist LVL installed. new hardwood flor, electric, plumbing, heating. Hid the heat duct in one island column and cold air return in the other. All appliances are Thermador.
