We renovated a 1950’s Cape cod home that was basically untouched from 1950. A cramped kitchen,no dining room and a bathroom in the wrong place led to a complete redesign of space. We moved the bath to the center of the house, removed the walls between the existing kitchen, hallway and second bedroom and added additional support for the second floor.The previous kitchen was turned into a formal dining room with an arched entrance to the new kitchen.
