I designed, built and installed this cherry fireplace mantel and cabinets in the great room of a house in Anchorage, AK. The cabinets have curved fronts and doors and the slight curves of the mantel add elegance. Lighting inside the cabinets is allowed to carry through the glass shelves and lighting above the cabinets provide ambient room light from reflection off the ceiling.
