We removed a very modern built-in wall unit in the client’s 1920’s home and designed this fireplace mantle with built-ins to take its’ place. We had to balance storage needs with display space and fit the electric fireplace in the space. An arch topped bookcase was incorporated to mimic the curve on the fireplace. The coffered ceiling was also installed at the same time.

The fireplace looks great taking center stage between the storage units. and the mantel looks awesome with the use of lighting.
