Restored 1790 Carriage House in Water Mill, NY

This restoration of a 1790 Carriage House maintained the integrity of the original home, keeping the original structure and beams. Additions in the new three story home were added along with state of the art amenities that created the industrial feel the homeowner requested mixed with all of the original details. 26′ ceilings make up the first floor open living area with a stone fireplace as the centerpiece.

This project was so rewarding and the process ran smoothly even through one of the worst winters on the east coast.
