Fireplace mantle

This project was designed and built for a good customer of mine. The mantle is solid oak built from rough sawn planks, milled and shaped in my shop. A template was taken from the arched portion of the fireplace trim plate and carried through the raised panels. The hearth was finished in granite tiles, and the field in winter wheat stone. All the work was done by myself.
