A forgotten hardware store is revitalized into a downtown residence. A new streetscape is introduced to juxtapose the existing structure of this Historic building, generating a modern facade that embraces the past.
Functionally, a gathering place is created as an extension of the clients existing home, where family and friends can come together on the holidays, or whenever life allows.
