We transformed this home from a dated ranch into a streamlined, contemporary home characterized by clean lines and a minimal look.
We opened up the second floor and made the scenic views the home’s primary focus. With expansive sliding doors and windows across the rear of the home, there is abundant natural light throughout the main living space.
We also relocated a staircase giving the main living area even more space while also adding a unique architectural element. Inclusive in the ranch transformation was turning the carport into a media room. A mix of standing seam metal and Hardie Plank renewed the exterior, converting the home from passé to vogue.
