This is a timberframe barn we are converting into a home, the entire frame will be exposed on the interior. we have installed a new foundation and have built a wing off to the side . the interior will be open from the first floor to the ridge Approx 34 feet.
this barn was originally built circa 1890 . We have super insulated this barn by insulating from the outside in with spray foam . the place is amazing

We added this Cupola with motorized windows for passive cooling
this is the exterior complete , we restored the original barn doors and Hay door , we completely rebuilt the addition it was too far gone to restore
This is the original hay door and barn doors stripped of paint and restored. we installed a new pully on the hoist arm
We Had To Replace The entire foundation, The old stone foundation was collapsing
