New quality finished beach cottage recently built to replace exist. beach cabin.
The “L” shaped 9′ x 17′ kitchen is spacious yet allows circulation backing to a rear utility room that has access to a covered entry breezeway that also serves to a self contained inlaw suite.
Owners did not want an imposing large 2 storey home but wanted a low scale eccentric beach cottage to fit along with mix of other old & new cottages along the beachfront.
There were many legal constraints faced in dealing with a non-conforming building at first.
Much credit for local builder Dave Gordon who has undertaken a high level of dedication & craftsmanship to this unique charming cottage.
