This relatively new “L” shaped kitchen has a simple compact layout 12′ x 8′ that offers good circulation & waterfront views.

The vaulted ceilings within the kit/din/liv portray a gentle playfulness that shares & captures natural lighting throughout the day without feeling intimidated by the ceiling hts.

The sloping site offers limited sunshine that was optimized with south facing gable windows that allows the sun to penetrate into the kit/din/liv space.
