Historic Chevy Chase Village Residence
This project involves the addition to and renovation of a historic residence on a site adjacent to a golf course in Chevy Chase, MD. Built in 1903, the stucco, wood shingle and slate structure had undergone many renovations and additions that were not sympathetic with the original architecture. Our major goal was to restore/renovate the original structure, remove the unsympathetic additions and construct new additions that would be architecturally contextual.
