This lakeside single-family residence was designed to meet the needs of a growing family. It replaced an aging 1960’s vintage home that previously occupied this picturesque property in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. Borrowing from traditional American cottage style design and detailing, the project was executed using modern, maintenance free materials.
