This renovation and addition to an existing home in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago resulted in a radical transformation. The living, dining and kitchen spaces open to the rear yard and deck. The second floor was redesigned to house cozy bedroom spaces and a modern bathroom with views of the neighborhood outside. The client says, “We are thrilled with the results and absolutely love our home again.”
