Riverfront Raze and Replace

A father and son wished to expand and update the home in order to accommodate family visits during the summer. The project began as a major renovation but ended as a raze and replace after a historic portion of the home was replicated. This portion was supposedly brought across the ice of frozen Nantucket Sound from Martha’s Vineyard to Cape Cod.
