The problem: store 3 motorcycles, 3 bicycles, store large amount of tools and other equipment, and park 2 cars indoors. The space: an existing 2 car garage in a small house with no interior room to entertain large parties. The solution: move the motorcycles up, add a workshop addition, pull the cars out, and bring a dinner table in to entertain! This space serves not only as a day to day workshop, a garage for 2 cars, and a readily accessible storage mezzanine, with the opening of two doors it expands the living space to convert to a venue to hold a dinner party (complete with a serving counter and entertainment), or just as quickly it converts to a 3 motorcycle service bay. For convenience a workshop/guest bathroom is included. While providing all this function, the design achieves a level of aesthetic appeal that is beyond imagination!

Wow this is an entirely new concept which I have never seen before. Yes, I have seen people utilizing their ceiling space to store those extra tools and small equipment. However, to store something as heavy as 3 motorbikes, is really amazing. I personally would not dare to sit underneath those motorbikes because I am sure paranoia would still strike me regardless of how secure you convince me those suspensions are. Nevertheless, that is some really smart storage system you have accomplished.
