ANSWER OPTION ONE Homebuilding is our craft and our expertise; it’s what we love to do. With building 109 Laurel Ave. there wasn’t so much of a challenge rather than a list of priorities that we were sure to project in our finished product.

ANSWER OPTION TWO The challenge for 109 Laurel Ave. was to meet the wants and needs of our clients and to uphold our core building values simultaneously. Our clients wanted a sleek modern design and we wanted those elements to be environmentally friendly. We did extensive research and design and found materials that would compliment both parties. For instance, they love imported and luxury tile, we want beautiful eco-friendly tiles. We found the perfect materials that blended both.
