This beautiful new home in Troutman, NC packs a punch in just 2,500 square feet. The homeowners hired custom homebuilder 4G Design Build to build a home that included an open and efficient floor plan, large garage, fine details (like travertine in the master bath) – and that was friendly to the environment.

The home includes many green features such as an on-demand water heater, insulated mono slab foundation, a high efficient heat pump, level 2 insulation, and a lead free irrigation system.

4G Design Build is a family-owned business based the Lake Norman area of greater Charlotte, NC. In addition to helping clients realize their dream homes, the company specializes in using environmentally friendly building practices that conserve resources and limit environmental impact.
