– Turn an oil guzzling 1970’s ranch on an incredible site into an energy efficient showcase of an incredible location. Minimize waste and disposal byproducts.
PHASE I – Remove oil and replace with high efficiency propane boiler. Remove energy inefficient fireplace. Install membrane in crawl space to eliminate moisture.
PHASE II – Replace single story 3 bay woodframe garage with 2 story ICF structure with 2 bedrooms and bath above. Convert 3 bay into shop and garage spaces.
•Retain existing roof and reused on new ICF structure
•Retain old siding, flip, trim and paint to reuse
PHASE III – Raise the roof on existing main structure. Convert existing 3 bedrooms into master suite. Add outdoor cooking space
