Front Elevation Before (James Gobeil photographer)
The major challenge for this project was building a 2-story structure to match the floor height of the existing house which increased the width from 22′-0 to 30″-0. We then had to remove the existing exterior wall which is a major bearing wall and support it structurally. We also removed 3/4 of the existing roof structure and built a new roof over the new expanded structure. The other challenge was to blend in a 2,00 + square foot addition to an existing building and make it look like it was all built at the same time which was very important to the client.

This is called a Kitchen overhaul and you don't show the kitchen!? I want to see the kitchen, not just roof lines and construction. :-(
