This beautiful Victorian had all the charm and great bones, but it was not suited for today’s living. The home had no washer/dryer inside, the kitchen was dysfunctional and small with little cabinetry. The wet bar was a bad remodel from the 1960’s. Furthermore, the home had a wonderful triple parlor that needed life put back into it via new openings providing a much better flow to the house. Lastly, the master bedroom had no ensuite bathroom. We fixed that too!
