Simple Life provides craftsman cottages and cabins in owned and operated, private communities with a focus on sustainability and life experiences. We use systems built construction to complete 80-90% of each cottage inside a state-of-the-art facility. The remaining customization and upgrades are built onsite. The design and construction challenges of this project included: 1. Space-efficient design: Fitting all the comforts of modern living into 399 square feet 2. Quality: Working within the parameters of systems built construction while still achieving quality, craftsmanship, livability, and price point
