Attic Games Room
My clients had an unused space above their garage with great potential. Having a final design of the space from the beginning, we made a new access into the room from the main part of the house, (as it only had garage access before). After spray foam and drywall we install a Ductless HVAC system which uses one of the knee walls to run the vents. We then fabricated custom timber trusses and had cabinets made. Along with floating shelving and a barn board feature wall this Room has it all.
